And when you visit the fourth-floor science laboratory, you’ll be stepping into the world of Frankenstein and Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde. For photographers, the elegance and ornamentation of the College Hall mezzanine is enchanting. Meanwhile, the jail’s primitive and sinister décor and darkened corners are a continual source of fascination.
