From scones to chicken fricassee, the Culinary Mosaic series of events at the Morrin Centre offer a wonderful opportunity to prepare dishes and learn about the history of the English and French Canadian food traditions.
Registrations for each cooking workshop are accepted until 2 days before the event.

A variety of dishes were presented by and made under the guidance of chef, writer, stylist, consultant, and entrepreneur Héloïse Leclerc from La Touche Héloïse. She also provided some historical background, shared fun facts about the dishes, and gave tips to adjust and create variations of the recipes for further enjoyment.

Please note:
- The hands-on workshops cover the preparation of the dishes, but they will still need to be cooked at home before eating.
- On January 21, all children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult. For these youth workshops, the accompanying adult can attend for free and does not need to book a ticket for themselves.
- During the general public workshops, children aged 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult and the adult must book tickets for both themselves and their child(ren).
