Imagination 2021: Stories Behind Stories – Youth Activity with Jonathan Auxier

Jonathan Auxier is a New York Times bestselling author of strange stories for strange children. His first novel Peter Nimble and his Fantastic Eyes, his bestselling Night Gardener, and his more recent novel Sweep received numerous awards. His newest book, Willa the Wisp, is the first in the thrilling and silly Fabled Stables series. He lives in Pittsburgh with his family and their adorable pet umbrella.

Along with answering reader questions, Jonathan reveals the stories behind his stories — bizarre research discoveries, literary connections, and exclusive peeks of all the things that were too weird (or bloody) to put in his final books! This event is perfect for fans who have burning questions, or new readers who want to learn more about the craft of writing.
