Imagination 2024 – Taras Grescoe
Come meet author Taras Grescoe!
Taras Grescoe (he/him) is a non-fiction specialist and author of eight books—and counting. He writes about food, transit, history, the environment, travel, stories big and small. His words have been published in The New York Times, The Guardian, Smithsonian, National Geographic, The Globe and Mail, Gourmet, Food & Wine, The New Yorker, Travel + Leisure, and many more. He is a father, ahusband, sometimes a teacher; a straphanger, a bike-rider, a seeker of lost suppers.
He will talk about his book The Lost Supper: Searching for the Future of Food in the Flavors of the Past with host Béatrice Provencher.
Taras Grescoe is our 2021 Festival Alumnus.
