Single donation
You may make a financial contribution to our Centre in the form of unrestricted donations that will be used to support the Society’s annual priorities.
Monthly donation
Our day-to-day budgets and expenditures are often calculated on a single-month basis, which means we can also offer you the option of contributing to the Centre in the form of a budget-friendly monthly donation.
Annual donation
Under this option, you’ll only have to fill out the form once, and the Centre will respect your wishes to make a donation once a year. It’s a hassle-free way of contributing to the Centre’s long-term development.
We issue a charitable income tax receipt for all donations.
Annual Campaign: Children’s Corner
The holiday season is all about giving. Each year, on Giving Tuesday, the Morrin Centre launches its annual fundraising campaign to support specific initiatives that require your contributions to bring to life and 2024 is no different!
For the past 200 years, educational activities have been at the heart of what we do. In recent years, we have helped more and more children experience the magic of literacy. If you visit the Morrin Centre, you have no doubt witnessed our vibrant educational programming which brings families to the Morrin Centre year-round. Our Saturday morning Storytime, our Tuesday evening S.T.E.A.M (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics) Club meetings, our new Tween-Tales book club, as well as the children’s corner of the library itself are just a few examples of how the Morrin Centre provides entertaining, engaging educational resources and activities for children. Make space for magic by helping us to continue this growth.
All of the funds raised during this year’s campaign will be used to support our educational activities, from further developing our children’s collection to purchasing necessary supplies and equipment to offering new activities. Your donations are essential in bringing these programs to life.
